Text Box: We are a small non-profit bully breed rescue located in Louisville, KY. We take in abused, abandoned, neglected, and unwanted Pit Bulls, Am Staff's , and mixes from high kill shelters as foster space permits.

We will also help owners place their bully if they are willing to keep their dog until a home is found and after we have evaluated the dog. Very rarely do we have any space open.

All of our bullies are spayed/neutered, current on shots, heartworm tested and on preventative. Any medical issues they may have had when coming to us are addressed and taken care of before they are put up for adoption.
We do not adopt out dogs with human aggression issues.

We are not looking to "just find our rescue dogs a home". We are dedicated to finding loving responsible owners ready to make a lifetime commitment to them and help improve the way the breed is perceived.

If you are considering adding a bully to your family I suggest taking the time to read about the breed. This way you can make an informed decision about if this is the right breed for you. Check out our Pit Approved Links for helpful information! If you have any question about any of our dogs or about the breed please contact us.

If you own a Pit Bull, live in our area and need help with getting your dog spayed/neutered please contact us. We will be more than happy to help you take care of it.

Why??
Because no matter how many Pit Bulls we take in, or other rescues take in, it is never enough. Only 1 in every 600 Pit Bulls find a loving forever home. The other 599 die due to lack of homes. The shelters are overflowing with fabulous bullies who will never get a chance to grow old.

We need foster homes!!!
They are the single most important part of rescue for us.

If you have researched the breed and are interest in adopting one of our dogs please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application you will here from us within 24 hours.

We do require an adoption application with references (which will be checked), a home visit, and if approved, an adoption contract. We will not do same sex dog adoptions.

We will adopt out of state but all requirements above still apply. We adopt to indoor homes only where the dog will live as part of the family. Not one of our dogs will be used as a guard dog or anything else other than a beloved family member.
